We had no complaints, it was a pleasant stay.
Good location, nice breakfast with a reasonable amount of choice. Good value for money.
The changing rooms to the pool area could be improved slightly. IE: We expected towels to be provided in the lockers and a bag for wet swimwear.

Overall my stay at Novotel was nice I’ll definitely go back again
Very clean and good breakfast spread rooms was also spacious suitable for families with children
I liked every about the property but the location is of a busy road and it wasn’t very easy to find the car park as it was well sign posted and if travelling at night like I was makes the entrance for the car park even more easier to miss.

Perfect for what we needed - exceeded expectations
Handily located for our trip arriving at Heathrow and attending an event in Chiswick. Well designed interiors, helpful, friendly staff, nice bar and also convenience vending area. Clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms with ingenious privacy for those who prefer a less open-plan bedroom / bathroom, ample storage with mirrors and ironing board, comfortable bed, quiet room. As good as it gets for a convenience hotel, which is not a derogatory term but to define it from the type of destination hotel you visit because ‘it’s there’.
Could do with USB charging points more liberally scattered around the room (i.e. beside the beds)
